At the November 2, 2007 meeting of the Board of Directors for the Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Joint Solid Waste Management District, a packet of public records concerning Countywide was presented. These records were compiled by an anonymous source within the OEPA and shed some light on why it is taking so long for any action to be taken. These are the documents that have been sent to the US EPA for review.
