85 Join Lawsuit Against Landfill

ZOAR – Another 85 people have signed agreements to participate in a lawsuit against Countywide Recycling and Disposal facility north of Bolivar in Pike Township, Stark County, according to Dwayne Flickinger, who has been organizing related meetings.

Landfill meeting packed – Attorneys spell out steps for suit against Countywide

Liquid waste at Countywide leaked to unauthorized areas
