Ralph Regula of Navarre.

The Ohio Department of Transportation has dipped into $2.4 million that the Republican Regula provided years ago to fund bridge repairs at Gracemont Avenue Southwest in Pike Township, not far from the Countywide Recycling and Disposal Facility.
