BOLIVAR —An Ohio Environmental Protection Agency official told the local waste district board Friday that the agency is confident that it has “completely contained” an aluminum dross reaction and fire at the Countywide landfill.

AL: Alliance sewage plant keeps busy treating leachate from landfills
