AL: Alliance sewage plant keeps busy treating leachate from landfills

The city of Alliance has made no secret about its contracts for the continual processing of leachate through its wastewater plant, though it is making the news most recently because of the city’s contract with Countywide Recycling and Disposal Company, located along I-77 at the Stark-Tuscarawas border.
